I create conversations, coaching and reflective spaces for women and leaders navigating change — the visible decisions, the private questions and the inner work of building a life and work that feel honest.
After years of building companies across women's health, healthtech, sustainability and community, I became increasingly interested in what sits beneath the visible version of success: ambition, self-doubt, identity shifts, burnout, motherhood, uncertainty and the private questions people carry while trying to move forward.
My work now sits at the intersection of lived founder experience, reflective coaching, women's health advocacy and honest conversations about leadership, ambition and becoming.
